•  Pets and Prostitutes are not allowed in the guest house.
•   minors are not allowed without parents or guardians.
• Right of admission reserved strictly 
•   Every individual should provide their photo identity issued by the indian government at the time of check-in, without valid identity check-in will not be allowed(strictly followed as per the police order).
•   one identity will be kept as a deposit due to room security purpose and will be issued back at the time of check-out.
•  International tourist should providee their passport with visa at the time of check-in.
•   Rooms are full throught out the year,hence pre-booking is required as we have only 24 rooms in total.
• *To confirm the reservatiom 100% advance payment have to be done through our bank account or by clicking on the above payment gateway.
• once the rooms are confirmed with payments, we will send the confirmation voucher,check-in will be done with the help  of confirmation voucher Number.
•  Phone calls and agent reservation without payments are not considered for the room reservation. 
•  Generator Back-up facility is available for lights, television and fan only.
•  PLEASE NOTE we dont give any taxi driver comission/money hence inform them the room is booked and paid to avoid problems on the road journey.

•  Taxi can be arranged for pick-up, drop from any railway station, bus stop, airport with advance payment only
